Remy Furrer, is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital’s Department of Neurosurgery.
Specializing in experimental research methods, design principles, and behavioral science, he uses randomized experiments and surveys to tackle complex ethical challenges and biases in medical decision-making.
Driven by a commitment to ethical science communication, Remy strives to develop human-centered design approaches that present complex health information with clarity and transparency.
With a PhD in psychology, Remy’s postdoctoral research investigates the ethical, legal, and social implications (ELSI) of emerging genomics and neurotechnologies. He explores how perceptions of genomics and neurotechnologies shape individuals’ self-concept and health behaviors.
